We have eight tips to wedding registry success for our brides on a budget. Before the wedding, make sometime and go through items in your new home. Here is our helpful wedding registry tips to get couples started for wedding registry success!
Tip 1: Keep in mind when creating your registry to register for enough items. Matter of fact, register items multiple times to ensure that you have enough gifts as guests. Tip 2: Make sure there are a variety of price points for your wedding registry, usually start items to list on the registry at $10 dollar increments. Tip 3: Register for items that you will actually use. If you do not think you will use it, then do not put it on the list. Tip 4: If you both have an item in your home that is a little old and could be replaced, put it on your wedding registry. After the wedding festivities, donate the old item to charity. Tip 5: Order extra place settings and serving pieces, because you can never have enough of those items. Tip 6: Register for a good set of cutting knifes, pots, and pans because after all you will be cooking many romantic home meals together. Tip 7: Keep your wedding registry open until the last possible day, so everyone has the opportunity to view it. Tip 8: Create a separate joint account for wedding funds and if couples receive any monetary gifts it can be placed into this account.

Luau in Hawaii

Travel to Maui
As a travel agent here in Hawaii I am often times asked by our clients "should I attend a luau?"
My answer is always yes! I think they are a "must do" when you are here in the Hawaiian Islands.
Luaus are about 3 hours long, around $100 per person and include your drinks, dinner and show.
If you have never attended a luau before I suggest a Polynesian revue. This will include the dancing from the island of Tahiti, Hawaii and the fire knife dancer from Samoa!
If a more traditional luau is your liking then a Hawaiian hula is suggested. Here on Maui one such luau would be the Old Lahaina Luau.
Most luaus are 5-7 nights a week and many sell out weeks in advance. .
